Zaileen Reardon, PMP, GSI, is a commercial management and project delivery professional with over 15 years of experience supporting major transportation, infrastructure, rail, transit, utility, and renewable energy projects across Western Canada. She currently serves as Commercial Coordinator with WSP Canada’s Transportation Systems team, supporting commercial governance, contract administration, commercial risk management, and process improvement on complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure programs.
Throughout her career, Zaileen has contributed to projects spanning rail and transit, aviation, traffic infrastructure, transmission and distribution, renewable energy, fiber infrastructure, and bridge improvement programs. Her experience combines commercial management, project controls, governance, change management, and continuous improvement, with a focus on strengthening accountability, collaboration, and project delivery performance.
As Vice President of Volunteer Management for PMI Southern Alberta Chapter, Zaileen leads volunteer recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives that support chapter growth and sustainability. She is passionate about mentorship, professional development, and creating meaningful volunteer experiences that empower members to develop leadership skills, expand their networks, and contribute to the project management profession
