  • Learn how to evaluate projects to make it into the organization’s portfolio of projects (Financial and Non-Financial techniques)
  • Learn how to prioritize projects within the organization’s portfolio of projects (Project Ranking Tools)

Covey presented the idea that the first step on the road to personal effectiveness was good character. The next is openness to new ideas. The third is that your daily action should be shaped by higher aims because you get back what you put in. No matter how competent a person is they will not have sustained and lasting success, unless they are able to effectively lead themselves, influence, engage and collaborate with others and continuously improve and renew their capabilities. These elements are at the heart of personal, team and organizational effectiveness. Course Objectives
