|Title||Leading a Multi-generational Team in a Hybrid Work Environment|
|When||January 20th @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm|
At the onset of the global pandemic, organizations were thrust into working remotely as a necessary course of action for the well-being of their employees. As we continue to evolve our response to Covid-19 this required a deeper understanding of how to motivate and engage diverse employees within a hybrid work environment. Leaders must be able to adapt their leadership style to ensure that they can engage multigenerational employees through effective communication, collaboration and building trust This will be achieved by using technology to facilitate high impact interactions.
This presentation will share results from n-gen Performance’s pandemic research, in conjunction with other generational data, to provide project managers with an understanding of multi-generational motivators and drivers of engagement, and how generational identities translate into behaviors. There will be a discussion on what actions can be taken to increase performance, productivity and collaboration across the generations as we all navigate our new hybrid world of work. The focus will be on communication, collaboration and trust, with tips and techniques to leverage in a virtual environment.
