Description

Hugo believes we live in a hyper connected world where transparency must be a pillar into developing trustworthy and effective communications. He also believes that diverse and inclusive teams are the engines of innovation. As project managers, how can we apply transparency and asynchronous work in order to access diversity and build trust to foster better outcomes?

This will be a provocative presentation in the form of an invitation for you to explore new practices that foster transparency and inclusivity.
