No two negotiations are the same. Political (internal or external), economic, environmental, interpersonal and a variety of other factors will present themselves in different ways in different negotiations. You cannot control these variables, no matter how talented a negotiator you are. What you can influence, and control is how you prepare for the pending negotiation, how you present yourself as a negotiator, how you understand and engage your counterparty and how you offer acceptable solutions that, ultimately, work for all parties. This half day interactive workshop will place attendees into breakout rooms to discuss project specific case studies. Each attendee will be asked to engage in a role play with their negotiations partner/partners. A high degree of participation is required. Our training gives attendees immediate, tangible tools to use the minute they step out of the classroom (or zoom room…) and into a negotiation.
