About the presentation:

Steve was deployed to Merritt, BC, as the community recovered from the 2021 Atmospheric River and subsequent 1-in-a-thousand-year flood event.

Which systems struggled, and which were successful? How to ensure that help is helpful. And how to work best with your number one stakeholder: Your residents.
