Stress is all around us. With the current economic, health and political climate, we are prone to stress and burnout at work. Yet, we can work towards reducing workplace stress by learning to sustain ourselves and our team to prevent burnout. Come on an adventure, be prepared to experiment, laugh a little, and learn new habits to be more resilient.
Nicola McCrabbe is an executive leadership coach and speaker with a background spanning various industries, including academic, corporate, and non-profit. She gets the technical stuff but loves the people stuff. Nicola transitioned from a Computer Science “junkie” to a People “junkie” over 15 years ago. She believes that Better People make for Better Teams and Organizations. Nicola works with high-performing individuals, leaders and teams to build healthy resilience and mental health habits. Her book, Burnout Be Gone: Healthy Habits for the Overwhelmed Perfectionist at work, was published this spring.
