The Human Imperative in Project Management

Often the focus of many project managers are the critical deliverables of on-time and on/under budget. Driving to those and other key outcomes have project managers making hard choices, possibly choosing outcomes over process, where often the ‘what’ trumps the ‘who.’ In this session, we will explore how to integrate the human element into the process and stay abreast of the ‘people’ changes that may impact progress and outcomes.
