Topic

NeuroCommunication: The Science of Influence

Abstract: So many of us struggle with some aspect of communication in our work - presenting in front of a group, being heard in meetings or even writing emails that are actually read. I know all about this because I struggled too. I knew that to be a good leader I needed to present, write and listen effectively so I went to extensive communication training – and I became worse. My initial frustration turned into determination and I studied everything I could find on linguistics, brain science and cognitive

psychology.

After years of research I realized that almost everything we’ve been taught about business communication is wrong. I discovered that we’ve been focusing on the wrong issues and that the key to communicating successfully is found in science. Using cognitive science, I've proven that there's an incredibly simple way to deliver the right information at exactly the right moment to engage each member of your audience every time you communicate.
