IT Manager

Opportunity Description

We are looking for an IT Manager who can manage our IT support and ensuring the timely resolution of technical issues and requests. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the helpdesk, including ticket management, onboarding/offboarding of volunteers and IT project implementations as required.

Deliverables

  • Implementation of the Password Manager application for PMI-SAC in close collaboration with Board members and performing UAT before final rollout.
  • Enhancement of existing SharePoint site and its functionality for the End Users.
  • Effective administration of the Chapter’s information technology environment.
  • Development of BCP (Business Continuity Plan) for the IT portfolio.

Duties

  • Support onboarding and offboarding of Volunteers across all portfolios of PMI-SAC.
  • Maintain/deploy Microsoft 365 policies enabling control of phishing/junk email flow.
  • Conduct regular trainings (quarterly) to PMI-SAC Volunteers around social engineering.
  • Perform quarterly audits of Microsoft 365 accounts and access to SharePoint sites across all portfolios.
  • Respond to emails from the user base by creating help tickets and addressing those within 1-3 business days or earlier if needed in case of business emergency.
  • Develop and maintain helpdesk policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Oversee the administration and oversight of Chapter IT environment.

Prerequisites

Experience:

* Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
* Strong technical background with experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
