Ben is a Project Leadership Coach helping to transform project managers into authentic project leaders. As the VP of Professional Development for PMI Southern Alberta Chapter, he’s focused on building valuable learning experiences for individual project managers and organizations.
As a coach, project leader, and management consultant, he has over 20 years of experience in various industries and departments helping to deliver exceptional outcomes and value to his clients while also empowering their teams to perform.
He also runs the podcast, the Organized Chaos Café, focused on having grounded discussions on project leadership and also volunteers with the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership (CCAL) as a mentor to post-secondary students.
