Fola F. Alabi is an internationally respected expert in strategic project management, known as THE Strategic Project Leader™. She is passionate about using her skills and knowledge to positively impact the world through sustainable change and people development. Her focus is on Strategic Project Management (SPM) and Project Intelligence (PQ) as a way to accelerate growth and achieve strategic goals with ease.
Fola is also a sought-after speaker, educator and mentor and serves on the Board of PMI’s Southern Alberta Chapter as the VP, of Volunteers. She is the founder of Strategic Project Leader Inc. (SPL), a business consulting firm, and is the CEO of No Gap Foundation, a non-profit organization that helps bridge the opportunity and relational gap for women, visible minorities, and working parents.
Fola has decades of experience in managing projects and Project Management Offices (PMOs) for global organizations. She is a certified project, agile, and change management practitioner, with an MBA in strategy and project management. In her upcoming book “Project Intelligence”, she will share insights on how to increase project IQ in today’s D-VUCA-D world.
