Kenneth has a robust background in Civil Engineering, including both Bachelor’s and graduate studies, along with a diploma in Business Management. His career journey spans various roles, including Civil Engineering faculty member, an engineering research assistant, and significant experience in structural engineering and Construction Project Management in his home country. He then moved to Canada to pursue further education in Business Management before joining Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC).

Currently, Kenneth is involved in CTC’s Construction department, focusing on project management and coordination. In his role, he collaborates closely with the Project Management Team to ensure that construction projects meet established metrics related to budget, design, schedule, safety, and quality. His responsibilities encompass various aspects of project management, including site acquisition, design coordination, scheduling, procurement, contractor management, and project close-out.

Key duties include supporting the Real Estate and Development team in site acquisition and municipal approval phases, overseeing project design to ensure compliance with standards and stakeholder needs, managing construction project scheduling and milestone dates, hiring consultants and engineers, procuring permits, preparing tender packages, evaluating bids, managing project budgets, conducting site visits, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
