An experienced program & project management professional with 10+ years of experience being the eyes and ears of mega projects to help steward the strategy and execution to completion. Supporting private and public sector organizations ensuring effective project controls, project management, governance, and risk processes are aligned, and in place for the delivery of assets. This is done by organizing, managing, and efficiently utilizing all resources and meeting the desired KPIs. I have been a volunteer with PMI-SAC since April 2021 within the communications portfolio, and enjoy the cross-collaboration of volunteers and board members. In my latest role, I am a Sr Program Manager supporting the execution of wireline and wireless infrastructure in the Telecommunications space.
