Peter has been a passionate Project Manager who brought project management theory to life through sharing his experience running highly technical, state-of-the-art projects and leading organization-level process improvement initiatives.
With his background in large scale development, he became a Project Management Coach which led him to leading a Project Management Office which oversaw a $100M budget.
He then became fascinated with the concepts of Agile development which resulted in leading a team of 10 highly qualified Agile software development Project Managers. In parallel, he developed a repeatable Program Management process that was used to deliver the next four releases of an integrated suite of hardware and software products.
Prior to retiring, he consulted in the areas of Program Management, Agile coaching, and Process Design for new product introduction.
