Temi’s career includes leading the Finance, Tax, and Treasury functions on a $6+ billion divestment and managing the Transition Services Agreement for a $16.5 billion divestiture, ensuring seamless post-deal continuity through effective stakeholder engagement and governance. Her professional experience spans top-tier financial institutions and professional services firms, including Deloitte, where she led high-impact mandates across M&A, TSA governance, and finance transformation. She previously held roles at First Bank as a Project Team Lead driving corporate transformation initiatives, and at Cordros Capital as an Investment Banking Analyst supporting key capital market and advisory transactions.
A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and member of ACCA, Temi also holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Economics (with Distinction).
