Can you share what motivated you to volunteer with PMI-SAC, and what drew you to the Professional Development Coordinator role?
I have always believed in the power of community and personal growth through volunteering. The role of Professional Development Coordinator allowed me to apply my organizational skills, help others in their development journey, and make a real impact within the project management community.
What has been the most rewarding experience for you while coordinating workshops, webinars, and certification prep sessions for PMI-SAC members?
The most rewarding experience has been creating spaces where members can gain knowledge, share experiences, and build new professional connections. Seeing participants grow and achieve their goals brings me great satisfaction.
You’ve helped strengthen student engagement with local universities — can you tell us why building that bridge between academics and real-world project management is important to you?
I believe that bridging the gap between theory and practice is essential for a successful career. Engaging students with the real-world project management environment helps them better understand the profession, develop practical skills, and prepare for future challenges.

Growth. Inspiration. Community.
Outside of volunteering, how do you like to spend your free time?
I am a creative and artistic person. In my free time, I coordinate and organize events to support the development of artists at markets, festivals, and individual projects. I strive to bring something new, creative, and innovative to the world, to inspire people, and to spread positivity. I also enjoy sports and spending time in nature to recharge and find new ideas.

Don’t be afraid to start! Volunteering with PMI-SAC is a wonderful opportunity not only to share your skills and time but also to make new friends, develop professionally, and find great inspiration through working with a strong and supportive community.
